It's Labor Day, which means the annual J'Ouvert festival and West Indian American Day Parade are hitting the streets of Brooklyn.
The parade, which features food, music and dancing, celebrates Caribbean culture.
Paradegoers embraced the rainy weather to celebrate the culture.
