A judge today decided to toss out a grand jury indictment against the father of a slain Truman High School athlete.
Andre Muller is accused of assaulting two parking attendants last June because he believed they stole his son Isayah's cologne bottle from his car. During the incident, Isayah was fatally stabbed by one of the parking attendants. Assault charges against Muller are now pending.
Muller's attorney says his client believes the two attendants should be charged in his son's death.
A grand jury is scheduled to hear the case on May 3. Muller is expected to testify.
