house, games and a live DJ entertained children at Old Fort Park. Organizer
Shakir Seagers says he started Theory 9, which focuses on the growth and
wellbeing of Kingsbridge residents.
He says
from holding computer programming classes to outdoor events, he hopes to help
the youth in underserved communities.
Seagers
says he plans to open a facility for Theory 9.
