Jury selection has begun in the bribery retrial against Councilman Larry Seabrook.
Seabrook is charged with various counts of bribery, money laundering and fraud.
Prosecutors are attempting to prove that Seabrook misdirected hundreds of thousands of funds into several nonprofit organizations.
A mistrial had been declared in the case last year.
