A judge will allow a jury to view potentially incriminating taped confessions from Nixzmary Brown's mother.A New York Post report says the judge made the decision Tuesday during a pre-trial hearing. Prosecutors claim the video shows Nixzaliz Santiago admitting she stood by as her husband beat and abused their 7-year-old daughter. Santiago and her husband were arrested last January after their daughter was found dead in their Bed-Stuy apartment. Last week, the state Senate passed "Nixzmary's Law." The bill would send child killers to prison for life without a chance of parole.
