Some Kingsbridge residents say their building is infested with rats.
They tell News 12 rats are running around and terrorizing them. Some saying their neighbors have been bitten.
"It's the rats. That's our main concern. You know, we don't want rats in our homes. We don't want rats in the apartment, in our beds or biting anyone," said Jackie Rodriguez.
The buildings manager told News 12 off camera the building is properly maintained and there are residents who have lived there happily for years.
News 12's Natalie Hernandez spoke to tenants who say they just want to live without fear in their building.
