'Lack of regard for human life:' 3 men arrested for deadly East New York shooting
Police have arrested three more men in connection to a deadly shooting in East New York.
The incident, that was all caught on camera, happened last week. One suspect has already been arrested.
Last night, three more men were arrested and taken to the 75th Precinct. Police say 22-year-old Alfred Crooks is charged with murder and 33-year-old Frank Cook and 35-year-old Leroy Dunn are both charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Investigators say all were involved in this disturbing surveillance video. Th victim, 21-year-old Tyquan Eversley is seen running for his life down he street through a yard and eventually climbing over a fence. Police say he got stuck on the fence and one of the men chasing him threw a brick at him while another shot and killed him.
"This was a tough incident to watch. I've watched that video, and multiple videos that have come out since then. I was disgusted quite frankly by what I saw, the lack of regard for human life," says NYPD Chief of Detectives Dermot Shea.
Please are still searching for six other suspects. Two of them have been identified as Donaven McDay and Shacore Huff.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
