Landlord Tyler Stagg is working day in and day out to restore the buildings at 2985, 2987, and 2999 Webster Ave. after Monday's water main break.

"It was very difficult, but we did everything in our power to restore electric gas in every single unit last night at about midnight, so we worked around the clock," he said.

Stagg is working on the hot water situation and the elevators before the holidays.

"Only 4 tenants thankfully had to be relocated to other locations and two commercial spaces that are in front," Stagg added.

Cleanup crews were working hard in the freezing temperatures so tenants could feel at home again.

Stagg thinks the cleanup and construction will be done by the middle of January.
