A Brooklyn family has filed a lawsuit against the New York Mets.
The lawsuit alleges that a 36-year-old member of the family died last year at Shea Stadium - the team's former park - because an escalator he was using was too steep and the railing too low.
The lawsuit filed in Queens Supreme Court also names the city and two elevator companies.
