Lay's rolls out 5 holiday-inspired potato chip flavors, including turkey and chocolate

Lay's is introducing five limited-time potato chip flavors for the holiday season, with varieties inspired by traditional dinner dishes and desserts.
The company began rolling out its seasonal collection Sunday, Oct. 25, with two flavors available nationwide: Cheddar Scalloped-Style Potatoes and Roasted Holiday Turkey, which is designed to taste like turkey and gravy.
Three additional varieties are scheduled to arrive in the coming weeks.
Maple Bacon, combining sweet maple and smoky bacon flavors, will make its U.S. debut Nov. 8.
Two chocolate-covered varieties are scheduled to arrive at select retailers Dec. 1. Wavy Milk Chocolate features ridged potato chips coated in milk chocolate, while Wavy Dubai-Style Dark Chocolate combines dark chocolate and pistachios.
Lay's said availability of the chocolate-covered chips will expand in 2027.
The five flavors are part of the company's holiday collection, marketed as "Holi-LAY's."
The company is also launching a holiday sweepstakes Monday, with prizes including kitchenware and other merchandise.
