Levi Aron, the man accused of killing and dismembering 8-year-old Leiby Kletzky last July, is expected to plead guilty in the case.
According to Assemblyman Dov Hikind (D-Brooklyn), a deal has been reached between the prosecutors and Aron's defense team. In a statement, Hikind cautioned that the deal isn't official until it is approved by a judge.
The deal is expected to be presented in court on Aug. 9, according to Hikind's office.
