A playground at the border of Brownsville and Crown Heights is set for much-needed renovation, but not for at least a year, officials say.
The city's Parks Department says it will spend $3 million to upgrade Lincoln Terrace Park.
The work includes new playground equipment, benches, tables, plants and improved lighting and fencing.
