? Instead of mourning, friends and family celebrated the lives of Betty and Daniel Wright during their wake Sunday.

They were killed over the Fourth of July weekend when a driver slammed head-on into their car. The accident left Betty?s husband and Daniel?s grandfather, Rev. Timothy Wright, in critical condition. Family members said the Grammy-nominated reverend has been told about the deaths of his wife and grandson.

Family members and friends remembered Betty and Daniel with songs and praise at the Grace Tabernacle Christian Center. They said being too sad about the deaths wouldn?t make anyone feel better.

The funeral for Daniel and Betty Wright will take place Monday.
