Long Island man arrested in fatal Brooklyn IHOP stabbing

He is accused of stabbing a 67-year-old man in the torso and slashing a 41-year-old man in the hand

Police have made an arrest in the fatal stabbing of an IHOP employee on Friday.
Wilber Salazar Rios, 44, of Hempstead on Long Island, is a former employee of the restaurant located on Flatlands Avenue, according to sources. He is accused of stabbing 67-year-old Hector Reinoso-Perez, a current employee, in the torso. Rios also slashed a 41-year-old man in the hand.
Reinoso-Perez was taken to One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center but did not survive.
Rios is facing charges of murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
