Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man accused of shooting a car wash employee in the Bronx.
Police say the shooting occurred at B & G Hand Car Wash on East Tremont Avenue on Oct. 17. According to NYPD, a 26-year-old car wash employee approached the suspect while he was attempting to vacuum his own car. The victim was attempting to tell the man that only staff can handle the equipment.
That's when the suspect drove off then returned about 30 minutes later pulling out a gun and shooting that employee in the leg, police say.
The victim is listed in stable condition, police say.
Anyone with information on the attack is asked to call police.
