A Brooklyn man is under arrest after being charged with depositing a stolen check worth more than $13,000.
Newsday has reported that 24-year-old Richard Brathwaite is accused of using a fake Pennsylvania driver's license and other fraudulent paperwork to deposit the check in Long Island.
He is facing several charges including criminal possession of stolen property and identity theft.
