Authorities say a man in his 30s is fighting for his life after he was stabbed in Crown Heights.

A person of interest is also in custody, News 12 has learned.

Officers found the man with multiple stab wounds to his face near 1661 St Johns Place just after 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Citizen app footage shows officers investigating outside a strip of businesses.

EMS took the man to the hospital, where he is undergoing surgery, police say.

No official arrests have been made as of Wednesday evening.
