A night out in East Flatbush turned into a crime scene early this morning after a man was shot inside a Brooklyn lounge.
Police say an argument broke out just before 4:30 a.m. inside the Quillox restaurant and lounge on Church Street. Within minutes, a man in his 30s was shot in the head. He was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
Neighbors called the incident heartbreaking and a reminder that violence can happen anywhere.
Police say they are searching for a man with a beard who was last seen wearing jeans and a gray jacket. The investigation is ongoing.
