Police say a man is dead and a woman is fighting for her life after they were stabbed in Georgetown.

The NYPD identified the man as 49-year-old Juan Manuel Galicia, who was attacked inside his home.

Police sources say the stabbings were domestic in nature and neither victim appears to be the assailant.

Officers responded to 1277 East 67th St. just after 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

The NYPD says Galicia and the 49-year-old woman were stabbed multiple times.

EMS took them to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, where Galicia was pronounced dead. The woman is listed in critical condition.

No arrests have been made.
