A Brighton Beach man is facing multiple charges in connection with a fatal crash in Gravesend, police say.

Sobirjon Abdurazakov, 22, was arrested Tuesday.

The crash happened just after midnight on Oct. 5 on Ocean Parkway and Avenue S.

Police say Abdurazakov was driving an Audi A5 when it collided with the back of a Toyota Camry driven by 62-year-old Yaya Dia. The Camry then collided with a Toyota RAV4. The vehicles then crashed into trees.

Dia later died at Maimonides Medical Center. His 39-year-old passenger was taken to the hospital with injuries.

Police say Abdurazakov left the scene following the crash.

He was charged with manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, assault and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
