A 24-year-old man was fatally shot in Flatbush early Sunday morning, according to NYPD.
Authorities say it happened inside an apartment building at 2020 Dorchester Road.
Upon arrival, officers found the victim with gunshot wounds to his torso. He was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say a person of interest is in custody.
NYPD detectives say it’s the fourth homicide of the year so far in the 70th Precinct. There were three in 2024.
