2ds agoA 45-year-old man was shot in the back and killed Saturday night, according to the NYPD.
Police say it happened around 9:11 p.m. near 57th Street and 4th Avenue. The victim is identified as Roberto Cuevas.
Sources close to the investigation say the shooting happened at a block party following a dispute between the shooter and Cuevas.
Police say no arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
