Man fatally struck by box truck in Williamsburg

Police say a man was hit and killed by a box truck around 8 a.m. Wednesday near 342 Morgan Ave.
The man, whose age remains unknown at this time, was pronounced deceased on the scene by EMS, according to police.
Police say the man was crossing Morgan Avenue when he was struck by the truck, operated by a 56-year-old man.
Police say there is no reason to believe the crash was criminal.
