Police have identified the man who was fatally struck by an MTA bus in East Flatbush.
The incident happened last night around 6:00 p.m., near New York Avenue and Farragut Road.
Authorities say 78-year-old Jean Bonne-Annee was struck by a B44 bus as it was turning north onto New York Avenue.
The driver of the bus, 57-year-old Reginald Prescott of Brooklyn, has been arrested and charged with failure to yield the right of way.
