A deli owner in Gravesend says he was robbed at knifepoint in his store Tuesday afternoon.

He says the man is a frequent customer who came in dressed in cowboy attire.

Deli workers say he took a pack of cigarettes, and when asked to pay, he refused.

The man is seen on surveillance cameras brandishing a pocketknife at the store owner and another employee before walking out.
