A man was indicted tonight for allegedly setting a 2006 fire that killed four people in an apartment building.
Prosecutors say 37-year-old Samuel Martinez set the horrific Pacific Street that killed a woman and two children. Another woman died from a shattered spine when she jumped out of the window to escape the February fire.
Investigators believe Martinez frequented the apartment building to buy heroin. Martinez is being charged with eight counts of second-degree murder and faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
