A 20-year-old man was slashed early Thursday morning in Borough Park.

Police responded to a slashing at 4626 New Utrecht Ave. Just before 2:40 a.m.

When they arrived they found a 20-year-old man with a slash wound to his torso.

It is unclear at this time what weapon was used.

The 20-year-old man was transported by EMS to Maimonides.

Police sources say they are looking for a man wearing black clothing and a black mask.
