Police are investigating a shooting in Brownsville that sent one man to the hospital.
The victim was found inside the Pacific Playground near the corner of Howard Avenue and Pacific Street.
News 12 is told that a call came in to authorities around 11:20 Tuesday morning that a man in his 30s was found with a gunshot wound to the leg.
Residents in a nearby NYCHA housing complex say they heard gunfire and then saw the victim running through the park before he collapsed.
EMS workers rushed the man to Brookdale Hospital, where he is being treated.
Police have not released any other details including the victim's name.
