A Georgia man was pulled over and received a speeding ticket with a $1.4 million fine.
Connor Cato was in Savannah when he received a citation after getting pulled over for driving 90 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Cato called the court assuming it was a typo, but was told he either had to pay it or appear in court in December.
When asked, a spokesperson for the Savannah city government said that fines cannot exceed $1,000 plus state mandated costs.
