Man shot in leg outside deli on Rockaway Avenue in Brownsville

A dramatic scene unfolded at a Brownsville deli after a man was shot in the leg outside.  Workers say the victim ran into the deli yelling that he'd been shot, and begging for someone to call an ambulance
