A man is in critical condition after he was shot in the head in Brooklyn.
According to police, the 33-year-old man was shot Wednesday just south of Prospect Park.
It happened on Woodruff Avenue near Ocean Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens just after 7:40 p.m.
The Daily News says the shooter ran up to the man and fired, hitting the victim in the head and neck before running away.
He was transported to Kings County Hospital in critical condition.
No arrests have been made.
