A young man is hospitalized after being shot in the leg in Brooklyn, police say.

According to the NYPD, a man wearing a red t-shirt, white pants and a surgical mask is wanted in connection to the shooting.

Officials say the victim walked himself to the hospital, and is in stable condition.
