A 25-year-old man was shot and killed inside a Coney Island building, police say.

The man, whose name police haven't released, was lured to the fourth floor of the building by two men, robbed and then shot. He was taken to Coney Island Hospital, where he later died. Neighbors say mostly seniors live in the building.

"How did they get in the building if they [don't have] keys?" says Mike Zondo, a neighbor. Neighbors say new locks were installed recently.

Police continue to investigate and haven't made any arrests.
