Man stabbed in the back after fight on 4 train

Two men on the 4 train approaching the Atlantic Avenue subway station got into an argument, which turned physical.

A man was stabbed after a fight on the 4 train escalated on Sunday.

Police say that just after 10:30 p.m., two men on the 4 train approaching the Atlantic Avenue subway station got into an argument. When the two left the train, the fight turned physical, leading to the 35-year-old passenger getting stabbed in the back.

Meanwhile, the other man went back into the 4 train and took it to the Fulton subway station.

The 35-year-old was taken to New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and is now stable.
