A man who caught fire while running from a burning building in Borough Park has died.
According to police, the man succumbed to his injuries the following morning after being in critical condition at the hospital.
He was seen on surveillance video running down McDonald Avenue while witnesses attempted to help put out the flames.
A source says that the victim had been mixing Hookah flavors with acetone, which may have sparked the fire; however, an official cause has not yet been determined.
