Detectives say the incidents happened just five minutes apart from each other on East 27th Street and Avenue I.
They say the suspect grabbed a 28-year-old's backside before he took off.
Just five minutes later, authorities say he grabbed a 19-year-old from behind and started grinding on her.
Anyone who recognizes him is asked to call police.
