Police are asking for the public's help in an ongoing search for a man who they say sexually abused a 10-year-old girl in Brooklyn.

The NYPD released a photo of 36-year-old Kevin To, who allegedly abused the girl from March 20, 2022 to April 19, 2023.

Authorities say the crimes took place in the confines of the 60th precinct, which includes Coney Island, Brighton Beach and Sea Gate.
