Two Colombian nationals extradited in $4.4M jewelry theft ring targeting Connecticut and New York

Police are looking for a man they say stole a car in Tremont.

The theft happened on Aug. 1. at around 2:20 a.m. in front of 1879 Clinton Ave.

Investigators say the man forcibly entered through the door of a 2025 Gray Honda Piot that was parked and unoccupied.

The man then drove off in the stolen car.

The vehicle was later recovered near Henry Hudson Parkway East and Manhattan College Parkway the following day.

The man was last seen wearing a black and gray sweatshirt, black and white sweatpants, and light-colored sneakers.
