Police are looking for a man who strangled a 16-year-old while forcibly kissing her on the R train.

Investigators say the assault happened on May 21 at 10 a.m. inside the 53rd Street subway station.

Police say the man approached the 16-year-old girl on board the R train and placed his hands around her neck.

The man continued to apply pressure, strangling the teen as he forcibly kissed her on the lips before fleeing.
