Man wanted for supermarket burglary in Bed-Stuy

The NYPD says the man forcibly entered Lincoln Market at 633 Marcy Ave. on Nov. 2 just before 3:30 a.m. by breaking a glass door.

Police are searching for a man they say burglarized a supermarket in Bed-Stuy.

The NYPD says the man forcibly entered Lincoln Market at 633 Marcy Ave. on Nov. 2 just before 3:30 a.m. by breaking a glass door.

The man took two cases of beer and an empty cash register.

Police say he ran from the scene and was last seen wearing a multicolored hat, a blue jean jacket, a black shirt and black glasses.

The NYPD asks anyone with information to call its Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
