Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with trying to look under women’s clothing at a Target on East 13th Street in Midwood - twice.
Sources close to the investigation say he used an iPhone to do so.
Police say on July 9, the man approached a 26-year-old woman inside the Target and placing the iPhone under her dress and running away.
On July 23, police say the man approached a 46-year-old woman at Target and placed the device under her skirt before running away.
Shoppers like Arthur Berman say they are disturbed by the incident.
“There’s bad people all over you have to lock him up. Grab the camera and stomp on it with your foot,” said Berman.
Police provided a photo of the man in the unwanted surveillance pattern.
