The Manhattan Jaspers men?s basketball team battled back to the top by knocking off St. Peters.The first-place seed slipped out of Manhattan?s hands after a devastating loss to Niagara last weekend. The Jaspers came out swinging in Wednesday?s game against last-place St. Peters in hopes of at least snagging a three-way tie at the top. The teams were neck and neck for the majority of the game, but the Jaspers grabbed a 5-point lead at the half and never looked back.Manhattan clinched the win with a final score of 58 to 51 and regained their first-place seat.
