A massage parlor with a bad reputation continues to operate in Kingsbridge. Kingsbridge residents say they're uncomfortable knowing that New Healing Touch, a massage parlor and tanning salon, has been busted for prostitution on multiple occasions.Ying Al Li, a New Healing Touch employee, was arrested and charged with prostitution and practicing massage without a license in December 2011 and February 2012.The parlor remains open for business, despite the arrests.News 12 The Bronx spoke to the manager, who is also Li's brother. He maintains his sister's innocence and says her poor English led to a misunderstanding with the undercover officer.Two other prostitution-related arrests were made at the Riverdale Skin and Body on Riverdale Avenue back in December.Sen. Jeff Klein says he's proposing tougher laws that would shut establishments down when an employee is arrested for prostitution.
