Mayor Bill de Blasio delivered his annual State of the City address Thursday in Manhattan.
The mayor laid out his agenda after introducing several new initiatives, including a $100 million universal health care plan.
Mayor de Blasio says he wants to make New York City the fairest big city in America.
He touched on increasing bus lanes and bus speeds by the end of 2020 along with adding a fast ferry line for Staten Island.
The mayor also proposed free vison tests and prescription eyeglasses to any kindergartner or first-grader who needs them.
