A mother who fell with her baby in a stroller at Stamford train station died from blunt injury to the head and neck, the chief medical examiner says.
Officials say Jessica Perez's death has been ruled an accident after she fell from the train platform and onto the train tracks on April 26. She died a few days later at the hospital.
MTA police are still investigating how and why Perez fell. News 12 reached out to MTA police for an update on their investigation into Perez’s death, including why she fell from the platform but has not heard back.
