A missing Bronx woman safely returned home this afternoon and the emotional family reunion was caught on camera.
News 12 The Bronx was speaking to the family of 37-year-old Jesmin Begum about her disappearance when she showed up.
Family members say Begum was only supposed to be gone for an hour when she left her Chatteron Avenue home yesterday morning.
According to her family, Begum had not taken her anti-seizure medication before going on her usual morning walk. Family members also say she has trouble speaking without her medicine, which added to their concern when she went missing.
Begum was taken to Westchester Square Medical Center for an evaluation. Police are trying to determine where she was during the search for her.
Begum's loved ones say they're just happy to have her back.
