The search is over for a missing teen mother and her 2-month-old son after they returned to their home safely on Thursday, according to authorities.
Police sources say that Kristina Ortiz, 17, and her son Colin were seen leaving a shelter on Dean Street just before noon on Oct. 13.
They both returned to their home safe and sound on Thursday morning.
