A mother and her young daughter were struck by a car Monday on the corner of Pitkin and Euclid avenues in City Line.
The incident happened around 3 p.m. Witnesses say they saw the little girl sitting down on a garbage can with her mom after being hit.
News 12 has learned that one person was taken to Brookdale Hospital.
Police sources say everyone is expected to be fine.
