Grecia Mendez Cortes, 19, was taken into custody last Thursday.
Police say an investigation showed an ongoing physical relationship between Cortes and the young victim.

Police say an investigation showed an ongoing physical relationship between Cortes and the young victim.
She was arraigned in City of Middletown Court Friday and remanded to the county jail without bail.
She's due back in court Wednesday.
