Citi Bikes announced its expansion in December. The Department of Transportation says it plans to expand to neighborhoods, including Brownsville, East New York, Kenginston and Bay Ridge. Residents News 12 spoke with suggested dock stations be put in neighborhoods like Coney Island and Brighton Beach.
